Anna Karas is the Senior Business Continuity Advisor for Linklaters, a global law firm focused on bringing legal certainty in a changing world.

For the past decade, she has specialised in business continuity and resilience within the legal sector. In this role, she has been responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive business continuity plans, in addition to planning and conducting crisis response training and exercising.

Her expertise includes conducting risk assessments, business continuity recovery strategies, and ensuring that critical legal operations can continue in the face of disruptions such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen events.

Prior to her transition into the legal industry, Anna spent a decade honing her skills in operations management across the retail and hospitality sectors.
