CRJ’s Advisor Cedrick Moriggi joins a global conversation on energy resilience

Cedrick - 2

As we witness tensions across the Middle East, energy market volatility no longer remains isolated to the energy sector alone; instead, rising oil prices and supply chain disruptions are creating wider operational, financial, and strategic implications across markets and industrial operations worldwide.

In such cases, resilience becomes a priority, rather than simply being optional. Organisations are largely shifting towards operational resilience, scenario planning, and strategic preparedness in the face of uncertainty.

CRJ’s Advisory Panel member, Cedrick Moriggi, has chosen to take this on directly as a featured speaker at the executive briefing hosted by The World Forum for Energy Transformation and the Resilience World Nexus Summit.

The session will examine the evolving risks to global energy security stemming from the Middle East situation, focusing on oil price volatility, supply chain disruptions, market reactions in crude, refined products, and derivatives, risk to shipping lanes and energy infrastructure, emerging policy and regulatory considerations, and long-term organisational and societal resilience strategies. It aims to provide decision-makers with a concise overview of current developments, scenario-based analysis, and practical contingencies to manage uncertainty.

Joining Moriggi on the panel are global leaders from energy, risk, and international resilience institutions, including representatives from the United Nations Office for Disaster Risk Reduction, Octopus Energy, and Marsh Risk.

The session takes place today, May 12, 2026, from 13:00 to 14:00 GMT+1 (London, UK time). You can register for free here.
