Osamu Hara
Battalion Chief Osamu Hara is Rescue Section Chief, Fire Suppression Division, Tokyo Fire Department. He was dispatched to the Earthquake Disaster in the Western Part of China (Sichuan Province) as Chief of the International Rescue Team of the Japanese Fire Service (IRT-JF) and Company Leader of the Japan Disaster Relief Team (JDR)
