The
Resilience Advisors Network (RAN) is a group of international crisis experts who form highly specialised teams to undertake strategic reviews and projects aimed at strengthening community, locality and infrastructure resilience from disasters and emergencies. Operating through companies in UK and Ireland with offices around the world, the Network is particularly active in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

RAN typically partners with governments and businesses supplying individuals or teams of experts to help create exceptional solutions using the wealth of experience of senior practitioners.

Its work is extremely varied and includes;

  • H2020 and Horizon Europe partners – providing end-users and practitioners through the Network;
  • Benchmarking services using its unique professional reach
  • Assessment, evaluation and analysis services relating to Crisis Management;
  • Market analysis and market creation for new and established products
  • Subject matter expertise from niche skill areas such as CBRNe and damage assessment;
  • A full range of disaster and crisis management consultancy services
  • Global and local business continuity, emergency avoidance, management and response planning; and
  • Specialist support for emergency related tenders.

RAN operates CMINE, The Crisis Management Innovation Network Europe. CMINE is a thriving community of more than a thousand disaster resilience experts from every walk of life. Academics, practitioners, policy-makers and industrial leaders, all with one common purpose: creating successful and robust innovation to improve the security of our societies.

Created by H2020 with the support of the key EU agencies and directorates, CMINE is a non-profit platform linking projects and providing a common space for developing ideas as well as sharing basic resources to help avoid every project creating its own. Many successful Projects are using it as an additional communication and dissemination tool and to help them link with like-minded teams with overlapping interests. Register for an account here.

RAN jointly chairs the Network of Centres of Expertise for organisations deploying the outcome of the highly successful Driver+ project. This puts the Network in an position to deploy some of the top innovation practitioners in areas of solution development and technology solution providers, trial guidance and trial management. We are always pleased to act as match-makers and to join up those seeking expertise with those who have it.
